1. DEFINITIONS:

MY.AWENART. is a free web portal, created by, provided by and the property of AWEN art studio Ltd.;
MY.AWENART. is a part of the AWEN Network.
The term USER refers to every member of MY.AWENART. who filled out the Sign-Up form and accepted this EUTA.
PASSWORD is a letter and/or number combination, which the USER chooses to enable access to their own directory;

2. TERMS:

All of the services in MY.AWENART. are free.
Every person must apply for an account, AWEN art studio has the right to accept or decline the candidate.
All applicants must fill out the form correctly.
Pending applications are examined manually from commission of AWEN art studio and/or MY.AWENART.
Members agree to allow MY.AWENART. the right to place Advertising Banners in their own directories.

3. RIGHTS OF MY.AWENART.:

MY.AWENART. have the right to remove, delete, limit, ban and stop USER accounts without explanation.
MY.AWENART. have the right to stop services in this site for an unlimited time, to move IP or URL address, or to close this portal.
MY.AWENART. have the right to remove some or all of a users uploaded images. They also have the right to remove a USER, if their uploads do not contain artistic value.
MY.AWENART. have complete authority over this site and other sites with the domains: *.awenart.info, *.awenart.eu, *.popart-bg.info, *.infotrakia.com.
MY.AWENART. and AWEN Art Studio Ltd. can use information and uploaded artworks from every site in the AWEN Network.

4. RIGHTS OF USERS:

The registered USERS have the rights to use all the online services of MY.AWENART.
USERS can upload images of their OWN artworks, to use the support center and other relevant areas.
Users have the right to demand other services not currently presented in their Admin Panel; (MY.AWENART. have the right to accept or decline these demands).

5. RESTRICTS:

USERS are prohibited from uploading images (artwork) from other people.
USERS are prohibited from using FLOOD, SPAM, JUNK or other forbidden actions.
MY.AWENART. are not allowed to share information about members or pending candidates with other people. All of the information filled in the forms is confidential.
The USERS and MY.AWENART. must inform each other if they aware of anyone intending to, or have already hacked or broken the site.

6. OTHER CASES:

For all other cases MY.AWENART. and AWEN art studio have full rights over this site and its directories;
MY.AWENART. always retains the right to decide all disputed cases in its own best interest.

7. WARNINGS:

MY.AWENART. will not be held responsible if information in this site and its directories is used by other people.
If a USER doesn’t upload at least three images to their directory within ten days of activating their account, MY.AWENART. have the right to delete this account.

8. GENERAL CASES:

All content this site and domains *.awenart.info, *.awenart.eu, *.popart-bg.info, *.infotrakia.com are under the control of AWEN art studio and its administrators, and is protected by Authority rights.
MY.AWENART. and AWEN art studio can not be held responsible for all acts in this virtual space!
